Warranty


The warranty terms and conditions comply with the relevant legal provisions: in the U.S., under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and in Europe, in accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Sales and any applicable local laws. The warranty period is specified in the certificate issued by the manufacturer, importer, or seller and begins from the date of product delivery. This period is also confirmed by the warranty certificate provided with the invoice issued by our company.

The products sold on our website are covered by warranty conditions compliant with current legislation in both the U.S. and Europe, according to the applicable laws in each region. The warranty period is typically 24 months from the moment of delivery, subject to the manufacturer's or distributor's commercial policies. Please review the warranty certificate carefully for the full conditions.

Warranty certificates may be issued by our company or the manufacturer/distributor. If the warranty certificate is missing from the package, it should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing us at the address provided.

Any product defects or damage must be reported to us via email at shop@combosoftdeals.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, or it will be assumed that no issues were present. Digital license keys are guaranteed to work. If any issues arise, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Service operations performed during the warranty period will be documented separately. These documents will become part of the warranty certificate. The maximum resolution time for any warranty claims is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product at the service center or from the moment the company is notified of the defect.

If the product becomes defective, please contact us by phone or email, specifying the reported defect.

Products must be returned well-packaged, with all original accessories, and accompanied by the original warranty certificate. The lack of the warranty certificate may affect the ability to process the service request.

For defective products, return shipping costs may be covered depending on the nature of the defect. Please contact us to confirm the return process.


Customer Responsibilities:

The warranty does not apply to issues or damage caused by the customer or in circumstances such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Product has been tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel;
  • Product serial numbers, components, or accessories have been altered, removed, or canceled;
  • Warranty seals have been broken or tampered with;
  • Physical damage to the product: dents, cracks, chips, rust, or signs of improper use, including improper power supply, exposure to extreme temperatures or pressure variations, incorrect handling, improper settings, or damage from liquids, metal, or other foreign substances entering the equipment.
