- Physical products are shipped exclusively via express courier services.
- Standard Delivery: Free shipping to the customer’s address.

- Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-7) will be handed over to the courier on the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

- All orders require 1 business day for processing, packaging, and preparation before shipment.
Delivery Duration
- Physical product delivery typically takes between 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service issues.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information is available on the courier’s website once your order is dispatched.
- Your tracking number (AWB) will be sent via email and can also be accessed in your order history or by clicking here.
Incorrect Orders
- No additional fees apply for correcting or updating your order details before dispatch.

Delivery of Digital Products
- Digital products are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery includes the product key or license, usage instructions, download link (if applicable), and invoice.
- Estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. In most cases, digital delivery is completed within 10 minutes of payment confirmation.
