1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Please note: Once a digital license key has been issued and successfully activated, it is non-refundable. All sales of activated software licenses are final.

If you experience an issue, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and provide troubleshooting assistance or a replacement key if the issue is on our end.


2. No Exchanges

We do not accept product exchanges. If your purchase meets our refund eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund — exchanges for different products or versions are not available.

This policy ensures software integrity, prevents unauthorized license use, and aligns with our digital goods licensing agreements.


3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.


5. Physical Product Returns

Used, tested, or activated physical products are not eligible for return.
